| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/27 01:58 | Yes, Al Gore is really foolish for trying to get the world to reduce pollution. Skylines clouded by smog are so attractive as are children growing up with breathing diseases - all part of the great global warming hoax. I am also sure that Gore is living a more wasteful life than me with all the resources he has available to him. Yes, all very likely.
Most notably missing from this list, Harlan County USA. |
 |
| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 21:05 | Hmph, 'Shoah' doesn't make the list? Aside from the fact that it's nine hrs long & takes a lot of effort to get through it, what I & many critics thought was unique was that it doesn't feature even a split second of archival footage. |
 |
| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 20:35 | This changed the world? Really? |
 |
| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 20:34 | Very entertaining film, but...what's the point? Who's going to eat nothing but MacDonalds for thirty days? (I ate there once and haven't made the mistake a second time). Hell, if you ate nothing but fruit for thirty days you'd probably get sick. |
 |
| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 20:31 | Another non-documentary. Moore makes pure entertainment films, manipulating people and editing to get the result he wants. It would be really fun to see it done to him. |
 |
| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 20:28 | Unfortunately, it's true that this film's "huge influence is undeniable."
What is quite deniable, however, are the so-called "cold, hard facts" employed by Gore. The inconvenient truth is that the majority of them have been shown, by actual scientists, to be incorrect (or just plain lies). The hockey stick, alone, is one of the greatest frauds in the history of science, and that's just the beginning.
When Gore admits this, and stops personally using 100 times as much electricity as I use, and stops paying his own company 'carbon credits' so he can say his obscene consumption is okay, maybe he'll gain an ounce of credibility.
The global warming religion will end up causing a greater economic disaster than anything its members' fantasies can conjure for the environment. The tragic thing is that they continue frightening and brainwashing school children with their nonsense.
Gore's little movie should be taken about as seriously as the "Hellstrom Chronicle" of the 1970s, a fake documentary that said we were all going to be eaten by insects. |

| Statut : Allocinéen | the 10/26 20:10 | Most of the dolphin scenes in the tv show "Flipper" were shot in the open ocean. The dolphins could have left any time they wanted to. Apparently they decided to stay. |
