Patrick Dempsey Scores Bank Heist Now Filming - Wednesday November 4, 2009Actor to star in untitled bank robbery comedySource: The Hollywood ReporterAccording to The Hollywood Reporter, Patrick Dempsey (Grey's Anatomy) is to play the lead role in an untitled bank-heist comedy written by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, the team behind the very successful summer blockbuster, The Hangover.
Dempsey will also co-produce the film, while Paul McGuigan (Lucky Number Slevin) will be in the director's chair.
Dempsey wil play a man caught in the middle of two different robberies at the same bank who tries to protect a bank teller with whom he's secretly in love.
Production will begin in April.
