Sergeant Lo's weapon is stolen one night. A member of the Police Tactical Unit special forces in Hong Kong promises to find Lo's weapon before dawn and takes off with his team on a search. Meanwhile, Ponytail, son of the chief of one of the town's triads, is killed and his father thinks that the assassin is the member of a rival triad.
