A character study of an indecisive jury. A young Latino-American man is put on trial for the murder of his father. All the evidence seems to be against him, as witnesses report seeing him flee from the scene. If he is found guilty, he will be sentenced to death. All but one member of the jury, Mr Davis, immediately vote in favour of a guilty verdict, but Davis wants to at least discuss the fate of the young man. Here begins the analysis of the individual prejudices and personalities driving the jury's decision.
