    Five friends from medical school want to experience the afterlife. They are fascinated by the gap between life and death, and the feelings, which it must give. So they each choose to have their hearts stopped before being revived. However, the things they see in their half-dead states, make them obsessed with their new experiment, and they go further and further each time.
