Ice Age: Continental Drift Teaser Poster

The cinema world tempted us first with a teaser in 2010 and now a poster in 2011 when Ice Age: Continental Drift only comes on July 13th NEXT YEAR! Meanies. In the fourth sequel of the hilarious Ice Age, little nutter Scrat's eternal pursuit of his pesky acorn has Earth-shattering consequences, a continental crack-up which, as well as explaining how our planet's landmasses got into the shape they're in today (see the humorous teaser), sparks off the most exciting adventure yet for Manny, Sid and Diego. Sid is reunited with his long lost family but the little posse finds obstacles in the form of numerous colourful new characters determined not to let them get home. There is as of yet no confirmed UK release date but we're sure it won't be long after the US one. The highly anticipated fourth instalment features the voices of Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Wanda Sykes, Jeremy Renner, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer, Joy Behar, Heather Morris, Nicki Minaj, Josh Gad, Alan Tudyk, Nick Frost, Kunal Nayyar, Alain Chabat and JB Smoove, is directed by Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier, and will show in both 2D and 3D.
