Robert Pattinson is going to star in Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire’s Mission: Blacklist
All round heart-throb and star of the Twilight Saga Robert Pattinson will play the lead in director Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire's Mission: Blacklist. The screenplay has been adapted by the Band of Brothers writer Erik Jendresen from the novel Mission: Black List # 1 penned by military interrogator Eric Maddox and Davin Seay. Mission: Blacklist has been described as a psychological thriller which tells the inside story of the search for Saddam Hussein and the interrogator (Maddox) who lead to the dictator’s capture. Producer, Ross M. Dinerstein told ComingSoon.net that “This movie is a gripping, edge of your seat thriller. (…) I have been inspired by Robert and Jean-Stéphane’s dedication to tell this story in the most authentic way possible.”
Pattinson will next be seen in David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis which is in competition at Cannes and will be premiering at the French festival in May.
